2025 Christmas Shopping at Waukegan DTLR Was a Blast!

This Holiday season, Waukegan Housing Authority partnered with DTLR to host a special shopping event for 15 teens from our properties. Thanks to a generous sponsor, DTLR and staff, Angels Boxing for providing transportation from The Bluffs, Jeff Rodriguez, Store Manager at DTLR, who surprised each teen with an extra gift card and a mini signed Chicago Bears helmet!
