Payment Standards Map
Effective January 1, 2026, the payment standards per zip code in the map below will be used to calculate the monthly housing assistance payment for the family beginning on the effective date of the family's first regular reexamination on or after the date of the increase in the payment standard. [CFR 982.505 (c)(4)].
Additionally, effective November 1, 2024, WHA partnered with Lake County Housing Authority and North Chicago Housing Authority to offer Housing Choice Voucher participants the option to rent units in North Chicago and Lake County, IL, as well as Waukegan. This will give our participants more options to find rental units throughout all of Lake County.
